Wano LLC (“Wano,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates wano.co and provides done-for-you AI automation services to residential roofing contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Text Messaging & Mobile Information

When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Wano LLC, we use it to send appointment reminders, follow-ups, notifications, and updates related to our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies & Analytics

Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate our business and deliver client work: GoHighLevel (CRM and messaging infrastructure), Cloudflare (hosting and domain security), and Google Workspace (email and productivity). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments; we do not sell your data to them or anyone else.

Data Retention

We retain contact and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see Contact below).
